Custom and Made to Order Rings-
Due to the nature of the hand sculpting process, many ring styles cannot be resized. Please be sure of your exact size before ordering. If you need a sizer, please reach out via the contact button and we can send you one. Please read our Studio page carefully for more details!
Care-
Artisan jewelry with special finishes changes over time with wear, and matte finishes will become beautifully shiny on their raised parts. This jewelry is constructed to last a lifetime and will, if treated with care. Please remove jewelry before activities involving water, gardening, and working out. Natural stones are susceptible to scratching or chipping if dropped or worn carelessly. Please do not place handmade pieces in jewelry polishing or Ultra Sonic cleaning devices. To clean, gently scrub pieces with warm soapy water and an old toothbrush.
Shipping-
Unless otherwise stated, the pieces on this website are mostly Made to Order, with completion time ranging from 4-8 weeks. After this, please allow a 2-5 day processing window before your piece is shipped. Items marked "Ready to Ship" will ship immediately after the 2-5 day processing time. Shipping is always insured via UPS in the United States. Please note UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, if you need an order expedited or shipped with a different carrier, please reach out via the Contact form before purchase to see if we can meet your requests.
Store Policy-
To ensure satisfaction with your purchase please note all details and measurements on the listing. If you receive a piece that you are not completely happy with, we will exchange your order for a store credit within 5 days of delivery. This store credit can be applied to items in our webstore. Requests for exchange must be for unworn items only. Custom pieces, sale items, items purchased with a giftcard, and hand sculpted rings Made to Order in your size are not eligible for exchange. I do not offer repairs on other jewelry.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.
Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

You agree that by accessing and using our website, products, or services that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into our Terms and Conditions contract.
